Ingredients: Beef (cut into cubes) - 1/2 Kg Ginger Garlic (finely chopped) -2 tsp Onion (sliced) - 1 cup Chili powder - 1 tbsp Coriander powder -1 tbsp Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp Pepper powder – 1tbsp Meat masala – 1 tbsp Curry leaves-3 to 4 sprigs Garam masala -1/2 tsp Salt-to taste Coconut oil-as required Method: In a mixing bowl, combine together beef, Meat masala , ginger ,garlic, chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, Pepper powder and salt to taste. Keep aside for 10 minutes. Cook the marinated beef until tender (do not add water) Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and curry leaves, saute until it turns golden brown. Now add the cooked beef , garam masala. Mix well until combined.( Add more salt if required) Saute on a medium heat for about 10 to 15 minutes, until it turns dark and dry, stirring well in between.
